This incident resulted in the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody in connection with a theft at London's Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by police.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

These detentions come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several people hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
